Lenka

I offer a modern, flexible approach that adapts to each person’s needs, blending different techniques with a focus on individual well-being.

I offer a variety of classes that don’t focus on a single technique, but rather draw from different approaches to meet the spiritual and personal needs of each client. Getting to know the person always comes before applying any specific discipline. It’s a modern and flexible approach, in harmony with a Western lifestyle.

I guide each student toward inner growth through breath-led movement and body awareness, cultivating presence in the here and now.

My ongoing journey through yoga is the same one I try to share with each student: an invitation to cultivate inner growth through deep listening, using specific techniques that enhance body awareness, guided by the breath in motion, and bringing the mind into a state of presence—rooted as much as possible in the here and now.

After discovering a deep connection with yoga 15 years ago, he has dedicated herself to sharing its benefits through inspired, evolving classes that reach beyond the mat.

I discovered yoga about 15 years ago, and even before fully understanding it, I immediately felt a deep connection with the practice—and never let it go.
After years of yoga becoming an increasingly central part of my life, I felt the desire to share it and, in a way, give back what I had received. Since then, I haven’t stopped studying, always striving to improve so I can offer classes that inspire, go beyond the physical, and bring benefits that extend far beyond the edge of the mat.
