I offer a variety of classes that don’t focus on a single technique, but rather draw from different approaches to meet the spiritual and personal needs of each client. Getting to know the person always comes before applying any specific discipline. It’s a modern and flexible approach, in harmony with a Western lifestyle.

After years of yoga becoming an increasingly central part of my life, I felt the desire to share it and, in a way, give back what I had received. Since then, I haven’t stopped studying, always striving to improve so I can offer classes that inspire, go beyond the physical, and bring benefits that extend far beyond the edge of the mat.
